PVC based WPC Crust Board Extrusion Line is consisted of special designed twin screw extruder, mould and related downstream equipments, features in high output capacity, stable extrusion, high foamed rate(0.6-0.9kg/m3), good hardness of product surface, by printing, lamination method, the surface can be made into different patterns.
One of the most advantage of this machine is low cost on raw material and machine compared with WPC crust foamed production line, since its advanced technology by co-extrusion method.
